How Hands-Only CPR Works

You don't need medical training. Anyone can perform CPR and save a life.

Check & Call

Check if the person is responsive. If not, call 108 (ambulance) or 112 (emergency) immediately.

Push Hard & Fast

Place hands on center of chest. Push hard and fast at 100-120 compressions per minute. Don't stop.

Don't Stop

Continue compressions until help arrives or the person starts breathing. Every second counts.
